|Recommended: YesWe're loving it here — We moved in recently and the whole process has gone exceptionally smooth thanks to Alanna, our leasing agent and Austin, the property manager. Both have been incredibly helpful to us answering questions we’ve had, ensuring everything is clean, nice and in working order. They even ensured we had a disabled parking space in front of our apartment. We have a small dog and really appreciate the doggy waste stations complete with bags and trash cans scattered throughout the complex. The grounds are very nice with zero evidence that pets live here. I could go on but basically, we’re really loving our new home and couldn’t be happier

|Recommended: YesI love where I live — I've been here 7months and I absolutely love where I live ♥️ it's very quiet other than the construction that's going on . At the same time at least they are keeping up with the units and making sure everything is up to date . The office staff here is amazing and very friendly. Overall rate is a 10 10 . I would definitely recommend Kelly greens Apts to a friend .

|Recommended: YesGeneral overview — I’ve noticed a lot of parking get taken up by construction. I wish when they were done in the evening they’d go park the lifts somewhere else. Every evening they just leave it and it takes up 4 spots. Over the weekend especially this seems not necessary.
Walls and ceiling seem to be thin. Every day we can hear the people, the kids, and the dog running around. Not a huge deal but transparency would be nice when looking at apartments.
|Recommended: YesHaven't moved in yet but already impressed — Everyone on staff has been more helpful than I could ever hope for. They're great, and I haven't even moved in yet. Note that I had to give ratings on all the items, even those I haven't experienced, but I'm confident that everything on the property is going to be better than I could ever ask for.

|Recommended: YesRough Moving In, but Nice Place — Our move in experience has been pretty tough. I’m not sure if it’s just an unlucky experience or not. On move in day, we walked in to newly painted wet walls that we were not warned about, so we got paint on us and had to wait to move stuff in. Then we had to put doors back on their hinges because people came to fix our broken AC and they left the doors off😂. We couldn’t stay there the first night because the AC wasn’t kicking in just yet, but that isn’t their fault, just a bummer. Then the wifi wouldn’t work for the first week and a half. It was so tough to get any help, and when the internet people finally came out, they said it didn’t work because whoever had been doing the last minute painting had removed the wall thing for the internet. Also the internet people were very confused about the info we received from the office about their prices. It just made it tough and awkward on us to have to figure everything out. It probably all could’ve been solved pretty quick lol. But we know the office is probably very busy Then in our second week of renting, they had people come redo the floors to change to wood. The flooring people got some substance on our new kitchen table which ruined the part of where it was😞 we are hoping someone is going to help us with this in some way , and there are now stains on the carpet from them moving appliances. We really wish we would’ve been there to catch all these things and prevent them.
The staff in the office have been nice. It’s better to talk to them in person vs email. You also don’t get to decide when maintenance visits your apartment, and that’s hard for us because we want to be there now after stuff has happened. But the maintenance people have been amazing and helpful, it’s just the other companies that haven’t been very efficient. But most of this is probably just an unlucky thing. Overall the apartment is beautiful, and all the ladies in the office are very kind We are so excited for this messy move in season to be over so that we can just enjoy our home It truly is a lovely place with awesome people and we’re hoping things look up from here

|Recommended: YesLove loving at the Greens — I love living here I face the golf course and it is so peaceful and pretty. I have been here a year and few months and I will continue to live here as long as I can.
The only drawback is that around the garbage bins they could be cleaned up as it is a little messy but that’s all.
