|Recommended: YesGreat apartment — Nice ambiance especially the trees surrounding the area, I love having a walk especially if weather gets cooler. We live on 3rd floor, it is quiet and we can't hear our neighbors. We have the pool side view but they cover the pool once its starting to get cold I hope they will just lock the gate to the pool so at least we can still have the pool view because there is an extra charge on the rental fees. Unfortunately we were not informed about this before we choose the apartment view, but overall it is still a nice apartment

|Recommended: YesSolid place to live at a decent price, small issues — Nice location, very friendly and helpful staff. Safe neighborhood, right across the street from a grocery store and in walking distance to several nice bars and restaurants. Pools are nice, but with somewhat restrictive hours. Neighbors are quiet and non-obtrusive. The gym is small and limited, but is well cleaned. The grounds and the apartments are very well kept and nice looking. The single bedrooms comes with a washer dryer which is a nice perk. My only complaint about the apartment itself is that while the complex is advertised as smoke-free, my apartment smelled strongly of smoke when I moved in. This may have been a recent change and the office staff provided me with an ozone machine and fumigation tools to help remove the smell, which has helped slightly.

|Recommended: YesVery Friendly and Good Quality — We had to rent an apartment site unseen and go based off of pictures, due to living so far away. Luckily the apartment looked exactly like what we were expecting it to be Ashley was very helpful during the whole process and helped answer any questions we had about the lease contract and getting all set up to move in.

|Recommended: YesQuality Apartments — As a former HVAC tech and appliance repairman I have gotten to visit and work in many apartment complexes. Most apartment complexes that I worked in we're not in very good condition at all. Cheap thin sheetrock, old outdated appliances, very old heating and air systems, a general lack of attention to the upkeep of the grounds, and an unwillingness to spend any money on preventative maintenance. When my fiance and I toured Kelly greens I was amazed to see how well this complex was constructed and kept up. The apartments are very nice inside They have nice appliances, good thick sheetrock, and the buildings are very nice and have been kept up through the years. Also, they have a very talented leasing staff. The people are very friendly and very helpful Looking all of the internet, my fiance and I haven't found a better apartment complex for the money. I highly recommend Kelly greens
|Recommended: YesI love Kelly Greens so far — I just moved in about a week ago and I love Kelly Greens so far The grounds are so nice, I can always park super close to my stairwell and I can rarely ever hear my neighbors. The apartment itself is a bit dated for the price, but it is very spacious and you can’t beat the location or grounds so overall I am more than pleased
