|Recommended: YesPleased to live here. Regular and seasonal upkeep done. — It's pleasant. People are friendly and can be helpful. Plenty of grounds to utilize including a workout center and a pool. Location is great for daily shopping.
I had a bee problem and it was taken care of appropriately-I appreciate the office personnel fixing that situation in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesMy Happy Home for 3 1 2 years — I lived here for my first two years in Springfield and then moved back to Kelly Green a few years later because I loved it so much before. Always professional staff and overall great experiences living here. I recommend this apartment to any of my friends who are looking for a new place.

|Recommended: YesWonderful location and great floor plan with vaulted ceilings — This apartment has been a wonderful place for our family's temporary tradition from one job location to another. We have professions that require us to move in and out of the country every couple years. This will be our come back temporary housing option each time we are required to relocate to Springfield.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — Overall its a good place to live. Cons. The parking can be a problem for certain buildings. It is not very well insulated so utilities tend to be high for an apartment. The annual rent hikes are getting the rent to the point of being over priced for the age of the buildings.The pools are very nice but have no shade for children to get out of the sun. Pros The maintenance staff is great and the office staff as well. The grounds our beautiful in a very nice neighborhood with anything you could want nearby.The apartments are nice and roomy with nice features and appliances. And in conclusion its a village atmosphere with lots of nice people.

Our location IS great! We have some of Springfield's most popular restaurants, shopping and groceries all within a few blocks of Kelly Greens.

|Recommended: YesI love it here — Overall, I love living at the Kelly Greens. It's pretty quiet, but I think it's because I have decent neighbors. I do hear them walk around, play instruments and watch TV. but they aren't obnoxious so it doesn't usually bother me.
I gave the apartment complex a three on construction because of a couple of things. 1 in the doorway of my bedroom I think my floor is broken under the carpet. I try not to step on it because it makes such a loud screech that I'm sure bugs the neighbors. But you can fell the wood move up and down when you step on it. 2 the porch outdoor shows a lot of wear and tear from the weather 3 you can tell the utilities are cheap and won't last much longer 4 the fridge door is against the wall and I can't open the door wide enough to open the bottom right drawer.
Those things aren't that big of a deal, but the bug me from time to time

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment — It's a great apartment complex equipped with lots of great amenities, and full of great neighbors I would highly suggest living here to young families, young professionals, and retirees. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is stellar and very nice. I can hear my neighbors above and next to me, but not to the extent where it is bothersome. The construction is pretty good, but there is no light in the living room which I find very inconvenient and odd. Not all unit bedrooms have ceiling fans either. All in all great apartment

|Recommended: YesProperty — The community is very nice and that staff makes things get done in a timely manner. Then the issue would be that residents need to learn to slow down in the parking lot because people that are out walking there pets they need to make sure to slow down. ALso the residents are walking around and need to pay attention to driving and not there phones.
