|Recommended: YesMy favorite place I've lived — The apartments here are very well laid out and attractive spaces. The walls are also very well muted. For several months after I moved in, I assumed the neighboring apartments were empty because I never heard anything through the walls at all. The staff is friendly, the maintenance workers are very prompt and knowledgeable, and it has overall been my best experience with an apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesQuiet — This facility is quiet, and maintenance requests are completed quickly. The appliances are top notch, and everything works as it should. The only downsides I have found so far is the internet is spotty and intermittent, despite having called the provided number multiple times. Parking can be difficult to find at night close to my building as well. The construction is continuous and causes more parking disruption, but I like the improvements being made.

|Recommended: YesMost professional and absolute best apartment I have lived in. — I loved this place and it was the best living experience I have had. I wish they had kept the trees, I thought they were beautiful.

|Recommended: YesNice but too much Construction — The location is great and the staff is very nice and helpful. I have lived here for 8 months, however and all I've heard is constant construction. The construction had started before I moved in and still does not look like it's going to end anytime soon. The noise has made it hard to study at my apartment. This has also affected parking while I have lived here.
Overall, the apartments are nice, quiet, provide many amenities, and the staff is quick to fix any problem.

|Recommended: YesI have truly loved living here — The parking would be perfect if the construction hadn't been going on. The grounds were beautiful when we first moved it but are now being redone. It is a muddy mess right now, but I know it will be gorgeous when everyhting is done. The contruction has been inconvenient and the workers make those at the pool uncomfortable. Maintenance has been 100 amazing. They answer to the requests in a timely manner and are as sweet as can be. I appreciate them the most. Staff is helpful, professional, and make this apartment feel safe overall.
I love the community. My neighbors are so sweet and it is not noisy at all. The only noise problems have been construction. However, I just couldn't ask for a better group of neighbors

They are not worn down and you can tell that the apartment complex puts money back into the apartments instead of putting it somewhere it does not need to go, as the case of my last apartment. I highly recommend
