|Recommended: YesOne of the best apartments in Springfield — I really enjoy living here. The apartments are extremely nice, they have great amenities, it's super convenient because of the short distances to stores and the highway, and the neighbors and people are great.

|Recommended: YesReview from Apt 206 — I like the location of Kelly Green Apartments, neighbors are friendly, grounds are kept very clean and the landscaping is appealing. I always see people out and about on the property during the day, working and or maintaining the grounds.
I appreciate that the large trash receptacles are kept in the back or middle of the complexes and not on the street side.
I like the communication and updates that we get from management when construction, updates, changes of filters, etc., is timely.
Any issues that I have had in my apartment have been addressed and I appreciate the response time.
A BONUS is that we can have packages delivered to the office to be held for us until we are able get to it.

|Recommended: YesFit all of our needs — My husband and I needed an apartment that was cost friendly, allowed pets, had ample storage, and was a comfortable place to live. We found that at Kelly Greens We are happy with our choice. One downside is that we can sometimes hear the crying baby next door or people walking on the stairs or sidewalks just outside our apartment. This is a minor concern for us and is certainly not disruptive to our living here. The kitchen is small, which was a challenge for me since I cook bake often. I just had to get creative about where and how to store kitchen items. Once I figured that out, everything works great They have upgraded their internet and renovated the exteriors of the complex, all of which have been positive changes. We live in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and have plenty of room as a couple. The extra bedroom is a guest room and office space, with the extra closet being the perfect storage closet for us. Overall, we enjoy living here and the staff is friendly and helpful.

|Recommended: YesFriendly and Quiet Place to Live — The staff is very friendly and all of my maintenance issues are fixed within a day. Overall it's really quiet which is nice if you work nights, so you can sleep during the day. The pool area is really nice and very well kept. I only have issues finding parking spots every once in a while. Kelly Greens is a really nice place to live and everyone here is very friendly.

As you know we upgraded the internet in August which gave all of our tenants a faster speed. We are almost all finished with the outside renovation and are loving the new look. |Recommended: YesQuiet, clean, and friendly — Everyone I have met that works or lives here has been very kind. The cost is a little higher than I initially wanted to pay for a one bedroom but it is worth it being on this side of town and being so close to work. I have already recommended to a couple people to check out these apartments because of the location. I have always felt safe living on the first floor here and I am not sure I could say that anywhere else.
