|Recommended: YesAlways improving facilities and a very safe, quiet place to live. — I like living at Kelly Greens. I was looking for a 2 bedroom, but I only wanted 1 bathroom. This was the best I could find in Springfield. I really like the location. I use 60 and 65 to get around Springfield, and when I do need to go somewhere, there are a lot of stores conveniently close. There is also good walking running from here. I like that the features are updated, and they continue to update. And I feel safe and it's quiet.

|Recommended: YesVery accommodating and well put together facility. — I would tell them that it’s really nice, it’s not terribly loud compared to other apartments, and that the staff is very helpful as well.

|Recommended: YesKelly Green Experience — Living in the Kelly Green Apartments was pretty good. Overall, I can’t complain about much. The only things I could complain about is being able to hear every movement the people above me made, and also the parking at the building I lived in. If I got off work past 6 pm, there was absolutely no parking. Other than that, the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The grounds were always well maintained, with the exception of all the construction that seemed to go on. I genuinely enjoyed my time at Kelly Green Apartments and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good place to live.

|Recommended: YesAwesome place to live — The office and maintenance are all very kind and knowledgeable. The grounds are very well maintained and my neighbors are kind.
All maintenance requests are fulfilled within a day or two and the quality of their work is great.
I especially love that my neighbors are quiet. It's perfect for students who need a quiet place to live and study.

|Recommended: YesIt’s not bad — It’s depends on what your looking for. The apartment unit windows need to be upgraded. There’s holes and you can hear the wind through them and even though our temp is set at 75 my feet are cold and also the floor squeak around the unit. The interior needs an update at least like the model unit we were shown. Staff is great, packages can be delivered to your unit, responsive maintenance, pool in the summer is nice, but the complex is insufficient of bbq areas as I like to grill. Location is great. Overall it’s not bad if your not picky.
Thank you for your review, Elena. Our model apartment is exactly the same as every apartment here. It has the exact same flooring, paint, appliances, and windows. We also have 2 BBQ areas, one at each pool. Congratulations on the upcoming addition to your family. We wish you all well.

|Recommended: Yes“ feels like home “ — Being at Kelly greens feels like home. I’ve lived here for over a year and a half it’s a beautiful property and they have continued to upgrade to keep it that way. The staff is friendly and do their best to take care of us.
I wasn’t sure about apartment living but being at Kelly Greens has been a good experience and I would recommend it

|Recommended: YesI highly recommend Kelly Green Apartments. — Everyone who works here is friendly goes out of their way to help you in any way they can. The office maintenance staff know everyone by name. The apartments have completely refurbished exteriors. And the interiors are very nice. I’ve been very happy here for the past year. The only concern suggestion would be finding a method that each time an apartment door closes it doesn’t ‘slam’. I can’t hear anyone else in their apartments. The only noise is the exterior door, or people outside. All in all a very good experience

|Recommended: YesSafe and Friendly Neighborhood — When I came here in Springfield, my first criteria is to have a safe and friendly neighborhood, and Kelly Greens apartment have it all. I really like its location, being near to all major stores, restaurant, Hospital and Church help a lot being new in this area. The facility also offers space to walk around and or jog. It has two big pools and spas that is always kept clean. The 24 7 gym is a big addition, as we don't need to go elsewhere for workout. The apartment itself is well lighted and open. Office personnels, maintenance and grounds keeper work together for cleanliness of the facility, they can be easily reach out and they meaintained communication through email, call or text. Unit owners are always informed of what is going on within the neighborhood. Office staff also make a time to have social gatherings in the office to stablish rapport and familiarization within the community. Living here is really great.

|Recommended: YesWe love it here It does have its flaws, but the pros outweigh the cons. — We still feel like we're on vacation. We can't get over how amazing everything looks and the way the community makes us feel. They have get togethers and cute competitions. For example, around christmas, they had a balcony decorating contest. How can you not participate The staff is so friendly, accepting, and professional and the pool, hot tub, and gym are very much an added bonus The rent is not too expensive for everything that you get.
But, Like any place, it's not perfect, but if you are looking for perfection, then you may never find it. Living here does have it flaws, but the pros outweigh the cons. There's not that many flaws at all The noise overall is not too bad compared to other apartments. They have a noise curfew starting at 10pm and ending at 8am, so that really helps. The only real noise you will hear is people singing in the shower or in general talking in the bathroom, so if you need to have a private conversation, I would recommend another room. Also, you will here your neighbor doing dishes and talking in the kitchen. I'm not sure why that is, they are not loud people. The parking is good if you get home before 9pm, otherwise you will have to walk. It's not too bad though because they have a loading zone in front of each building, so if you're bringing home groceries or any heavy items, this is perfect And the community is very respectful, so nobody parks in the loading zone for long. When having to walk at night, we feel very safe here. This place used to be a gated community and is still treated as such, so it's loaded with security and lighting. I see people jogging all the time at night. Another tip would be to take into consideration that the show unit will not look exactly like the unit you will live in. We were shown a unit with a linen closet, but our unit doesn't have one. Instead I bought one from target and put it in the bathroom. But, when socializing in the hot tub, most residents have a linen closet and were surprised to hear that we don't have one. Lastly, but none of these are a deal breakers, the water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom sink are amazing, but the shower hardly has any water pressure. So if you have long thick hair like me, your average shower time will be 45 minutes because you will have to cope with trying to get all the shampoo etc. out of your hair and just accept that you're probably not going to get it all. But these are the only flaws that this apartment has. We've been living here for a few months and we still feel like we're on vacation. It's perfect for my husband and I and we would definitely recommend living here You will love it and never want to leave
Thank you for taking the time to write a great, honest review. We are fortunate to have such amazing tenants and a wonderful community. I am going to talk to maintenance about your water pressure in your shower. A 45 minute shower sounds nice but I am sure there are times that you need to hop in and out.
As far as the linen closet goes, only the 2 bedroom/2 bath have linen closets. Even our 2 bedroom/1 bath model does not have a linen closet. Sorry for any confusion there. We are glad you two chose Kelly Greens as your new home. Hope to see you at our next community function!
