|Recommended: YesGreat Place to live — I have only been here a month, but I really like it. Great location, Wonderful staff in the Office. Everyone is really friendly. They really go the extra mile to help you fix things, the maintenance guys are wonderful too I really can't say enough about the kind people here, coming from out of state from a metropolitan area, and never living in an apartment setting, it is refreshing to feel people really are willing to help and make everything better. They try really hard to fix what can be fixed. James in the front office has made me feel so welcome, from when I first started the process, while still in Phoenix. Jonathan and Ruth have been very helpful too. I am really glad I chose Kelly Greens as my place to live.

|Recommended: YesWonderful place with many features — The apartment is absolutely beautiful with all the little details. I love that the front door has an actual entry way and not just on a living room wall.
Parking is a bit of a nightmare as there are no assigned parking for the tenants and that would be so much easier as I have spinal stenosis and it hurts to walk so far away for my vehicle in the cold weather.
The neighbors all seem so nice and the staff is amazing. They really help make this a community and not another stiff complex.
Would love to see a dog park added in the quick future as there are a lot of tenants with fur babies that really need to let their dogs run for a bit.
I am looking forward to summer in that resort style swimming pool

|Recommended: YesVery safe, friendly environment — Location of apartments is incredible, people are friendly, relatively quiet area, non-smoking, and great appliances in unit. My only concerns were that I was unable to tour a 1-bedroom before move in day so I was unaware of a wall right in front of the front door, so I had to purchase new furniture to fit through the doorway. Also I feel residents with pets should all be placed in the same buildings because I do not have a pet, nor plan to get one, but must listen to my neighbor's dog below me bark all hours day and night.

|Recommended: YesLove it here — I really enjoy living here. The grounds are always kept clean. I can always find a close parking spot. I do have loud neighbors, but that comes with living in an apartment. It's a good amount of space for the price being paid
We appreciate the great review, Sidney. We have one of the best grounds guy around and he takes a lot of pride in his work. I will reach out to you privately about your loud neighbors. It may just be apartment living but I want to make sure it's not excessive noise and too disturbing. We are happy you all are a part of the Kelly Greens community.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I have been living at Kelly Greens for about half a year and it has been really great so far. All the staff are very courteous and very willing to help you when you need it. The complex is really nice and the pool and hot tub are great and always well kept. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone else.

|Recommended: YesKelly Greens Apartments is the best place I've ever lived — My only complaint would be that additional parking would be nice for my structure specifically, but it doesn't appear to be a complex wide concern issue. Sometimes I just have to park a little further away than I'd like. Otherwise the buildings are fantastic, the apartments are quiet, and my neighbors are very friendly and considerate of other tenants. The office staff are ALWAYS professional and courteous, and I feel comfortable coming to them with any questions or concerns I may have. I love living at Kelly Greens Apartments
We are so happy you are loving Kelly Greens, Rachel! Parking can be a bit difficult at times but we do offer garages for rent. If that is something you are interested in just stop in the office. |Recommended: YesI Really Like it Here — Overall, I really like living at Kelly Greens. The staff is super helpful and friendly and the complex is very nice and well maintained. The close proximity to James River Freeway is also a big plus.

|Recommended: YesLove being here. — As Michigan natives, we found Kelly Greens on our second trip down to Springfield to find housing. We only had a few weeks left before we HAD to be down here regardless if we had a place to live or not. Luckily for us, Kelly Greens turned out the be the answer. Within an hour of viewing the apartment and filling out the paperwork, we got the call changed our lives and eased our minds....we had a place to call home.
Office staff and Maintenance staff are super friendly and some of the nicest men and women you could meet. Always quick with a wave or asking how you're doing. And if you have a pet, they treat your pet with the same care they give to you.

|Recommended: YesGreat People and Place to Live — It's clean, kept up well, and it is a good place to live. The people in the office have learned our names and are very friendly The location is awesome, as well. Everything you need or want is within minutes away. It is also much quieter than I thought it would be being that it is close to National Ave.
