|Recommended: YesKelly Greens is a great place to live where I feel safe and at home. — I've lived at Kelly Greens for about a year now, and haven't had any issues. Maintenance is quick, the grounds and facilities are clean, the leasing office staff is very helpful, and the location is great. My only complaint is that I can hear the people above us every time they move, but that's a minor issue. Overall, Kelly Greens is a great place to live.

My only small issues are sometimes maintenance is delayed because of the size of the complex, and sometimes it is difficult to find parking close to my apartment. Outside of that, everyone is friendly, quiet and kind

|Recommended: YesVery nice and clean apartment and office personnel are friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended. — I've been here for almost a year and I haven't had any problems so far. The office personnel are very accomodating and if there is any problem in my apartment, it gets fixed right away. Very accessible to my workplace and to anywhere you wanna go.

|Recommended: NoIt will do, but great staff and maintenance team — Great staff and maintenance team, however the build is outdated and needing major upgrades. The doors and windows let in all air. Rooms at night become ice box even with heat up higher. So bad had to buy space heaters. They wouldn’t replace them. So utility bills run very high
|Recommended: YesLiving the Kelly Greens Life — I have only ever lived in two apartment buildings, and I have only lived here for five weeks, but Kelly Greens is superior in every way. I can hear my neighbors, but just barely, and not often. I've had once experience with maintenance, and my problem was solved within hours. The website is well made and easy to use. The office staff are always friendly and happy to help. Traffic is usually light, so it is easy to get on the main road South National . It is convenient to be only a few minutes away from US 60. There are plenty of good grocery stores and shops in this area, too. Best of all My view of the golf course.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location with meticulous property and Staff with outstanding customer support. — If you want a place to live and you are the type of person that will settle for nothing but the best then Kelly Green apartments is it. The property is kept meticulous with flowers that make you enjoy the moment you drive onto the property. The staff is like family. Sally has a staff that will help you how ever they can. Just like a family you have to go by the rules. The maintenance staff rocks, its not a job to them its how they care for you as family. The apartments are nice and they work hard to keep it a great community. Long story short, If you are the type of person that is looking for a place to call home and you are mature and responsible and have your act together then this is the place for you.

|Recommended: YesI love it here. It is quiet overall, clean, and the maintenance has been quick with repairs — I've honestly been super happy here. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and have more space than we need No complaints. Love the front porch and the large storage closet. The only slight issue is that they don't allow dogs under the age of one here, that was a big bummer when I first moved in. Other than that I love it. The pools are nice. Grounds are beautiful, and the staff have all been really great.
