|Recommended: YesKelly greens office has been incredible in trying to get us this apartment — Living at Kelly Greens has been pretty good for the first week. There were a few damages moving in but Kelly Greens office has seemed really interested in resolving those issues in the apartment.

|Recommended: YesGood apartment, pretty, thin floors — I would recommend this apartment but would recommend not living not he first floor as there i much noise from the floors ceiling above.
|Recommended: YesLove the layout and staff very helpful — The apartment is laid out very cute lots of closet space the staff are very friendly and quick to be very helpful I just moved in and so far a very positive experience. I hope to enjoy my stay here for a long time

|Recommended: YesGreat place too live overall. — The apartment community is wonderful and the amenities are fantastic. Those two factors outweigh the dated esthetic. If the amenities did not supplement the quality of living here, it would be exceptionally overpriced for the condition of the units themselves.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I love living at Kelly Greens Everyone is so kind and friendly. I love swimming at the pool during the summer and meeting neighbors There’s really not much to complain about. I live in a bottom level apartment and there are some brown recluse spiders which does worry me since I have an infant, but I think that’s to be expected anywhere. I think improvements that could be made would be to add picnic tables around the complex and a basketball court The apartments are older, but they are decent and in a great location

|Recommended: YesLove it — It’s very safe, everyone’s friendly and it’s a fairly quiet complex. The pools are great ways to socialize and have fun in the summer. Parking can be tough at some buildings, but not all. Overall, I think it’s the best option around. I’ve rented for almost a year and had no doubt I wanted to re-sign

|Recommended: NoDo you guys really think It is a good idea to increase the rent amount when we are all facing this situation — they increase rent every year, which is very bad.
