|Recommended: YesJust moved in, but so far everything seems adequate. — Had a few bumps moving in. Floors were still wet from shampooing when we arrived to move in. Place was so what clean and had a few items that needed maintenance repairs. But overall, I think we will be very happy here.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful grounds, peaceful and mostly quiet except for the construction — Large apartments for what you pay for. Your water and electric is not included in rent.
Maintenance on the inside doesn't quite match the pictures, lots of jobs were half assed and you can now tell.
|Recommended: NoI think it's great, just wish the landscape wasn't so muddy and torn up. — It'll be a great place, once they are done with construction. Wished I had moved here later after its all been completed and revived. All the construction and ruining of the landscape makes it pretty annoying. Wouldnt recommend until maybe a year or so from now. Kinda wish I could be compensated in some way for paying full price with many annoying circumstances.
|Recommended: YesA Wonderful Place to Live — This apartment complex is super great It's nearby practically everything and with it being right by the interstate, it's super accessible. Staff is super helpful all the time, and the groundskeeping staff does a wonderful job at making sure the complex looks amazing. I absolutely love it here
