|Recommended: YesGood Place to live — We just moved in on the bottom floor a couple weeks ago, and so far it has been a superior experience compared to the ones we have had in the past The worst thing here is finding a close parking spot. Walking a little further isn't the end of the world, but isn't fun to do after a long shift. Noise wise, it is fairly quiet The only thing we hear from our neighbors is the squeaky floor from our upstairs neighbors. The move in process was so easy and I was able to communicate efficiently with Heather for the entire thing. She was so helpful and answered all of my questions, even the silly ones, promptly and professionally. I'm really enjoying our new home and we are thrilled with the upgrade Kelly Greens has given to us in our apartment living experience

|Recommended: NoWait to Rent- Construction — The apartment is fine. Really could use some updating to kitchen and bathroom to call them luxury' but they are quiet with great floor plans. They are doing a bunch of construction to the outside and the pool areas. There has been basically no communication about plan or schedule. I woke up to 2 men in a lift outside my 3rd floor apartment with no warning which was completely inappropriate. If you're looking to move soon, I'd wait.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful — Living at Kelly Greens is great. The office staff is knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly. I always feel that they listen and make sure I have what I need- if I have any issues they always go above and beyond to make it right. The apartments are beautiful and it’s a wonderful place to live.
|Recommended: YesI stayed at Kelly Greens for 1 year. Johnathon and Heather in the front office were always helpful and friendly. The office manager always went out of her way to say hello. Maintenance was efficient and friendly, and Kyle the groundskeeper takes wonderful care of the property. Updated appliances, clean living, safe environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kelly Greens.

Sally was always curious. Maintenance was efficient and friendly. Kyle the groundskeeper takes wonderful care of the property as well. As a whole it is a wonderful community
